PLACING AN ORDER

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days from the time of placement. To check the status of your order, you can log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders,' or simply click on "Track My Order" located in the website footer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24-48 hours to become available, depending on the chosen carrier.

How do I order a product which is out of stock?

If the product you're looking for is currently unavailable, you have the option to backorder it. We will ship backordered items as soon as we restock them. For assistance in placing a backorder, please don't hesitate to contact us at 713-429-0193.

What are my payment choices?

We currently accept all major US credit cards as well as PayPal.

How do I get my order faster?

To enjoy expedited shipping, just add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. There, you'll find various Expedited Shipping options along with their corresponding prices. Your order will be shipped promptly after we've received your payment.

Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as you identify the need for changes in your order, and we will do our best to assist you. It's important to keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any modifications. RETURNS

What is your return policy and instructions?

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, you'll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by reaching out to us via email at contact@tilesnthings.com. When sending back your items, be sure to include a copy of your RMA. Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. It's essential that all returns are packaged in their original boxes and maintain their original condition. The proper packaging of return items is crucial since these items are delicate. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credits for items that are returned in a broken or damaged state. Please note that samples and sale items are non-returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Rest assured, we are dedicated to perfecting our techniques for packaging and shipping tiles, aiming to ensure that you receive your tiles in impeccable condition. When will my refund appear on my account?

Reimbursements for returns are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days following the receipt of the items at our warehouses.
